Laugharne is a busy township with a thriving community with events throughout the year, from the Carnival in the Regatta, to the ‘Laugharne Weekend’, when the township is taken over by visitors to attend poetry readings, see bands playing in the local public houses, plays and recitals, with the odd famous face thrown in.
